Yukon College is a
community college in the
Canadian territory of
Yukon. Its main campus is in
Whitehorse, Yukon. The college was founded in 1983, replacing the Yukon Vocational and Technical Training Centre, which had been in operation since the 1960s. The chancellor is Sam Johnston.
Partnership
The college participates in the
University of the Arctic and cooperates with the
University of Regina in the Yukon Native Teacher Education Program and the Bachelor of Social Work Degree Program.
